Raj

Raj completed his 3 year Diploma in Hotel Management, from Srinivas College of Hotel Management, Mangalore (Karnataka).

He did his professional Bartending Course at Institute Bar Operation and Management (IBOM), New Delhi. Raj polished his practical skills, working with various renowned bars in Delhi and Mangalore. During his tenure, he was acknowledge for his exceptional talents, which then took him to Hotel Radisson GRT an extremely well known property in Chennai as a HOST.

Being an integral part of 5up6 Cocktail Lounge Bar, Pondy. Raj bring prior experience as an instructor in Flair and Mixology at the B’Mann School of Bartending, Chennai. Where he fine tuned his bartending skill in Extreme flair with some of the national’s finest bartenders, Shariq Khan from B’Mann School of Bartending and Rohan Carvalho 3 times National Champion from Bar Wizard in India, Delhi.

After Joining Radisson GRT achieved two months sales within 15 days and got Highest Sales Achievements Certificate by Hotel V.P.
Represented Hotel Radisson in Carlson Bartender Challenge 2006.
Worked for Two Days worked as a Celebrity Bartender in U.S Navy Ship in Chennai.
Design the Hotel L` Heritage Pondicherien Bar.
Gave an Interview as a Celebrity Bartender in Deccan Chronicle News Paper.
